All because I complained about the seating in the departure lounge. Taught me to keep my mouth shut when I'm tired and not make any decisions in case in retrospect I discover how silly they were....Dave Noblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16110914207927432583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6448048397545596969.post-53849905420657223062012-09-28T01:40:32.264-07:002012-09-28T01:40:32.264-07:00P.S:

Nothing worse than going to bed with a bad feeling or a bee in your bonnet :) makes it very hard to get a good sleep.

DanielAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6448048397545596969.post-39608376942467529282012-09-28T01:17:17.197-07:002012-09-28T01:17:17.197-07:00Hello Stewart,

I urge everyone to do some research into the origins of labour day and the struggles the previous generations went through to get simple stuff like decent breaks through the work day to recoup their physical and emotional health.

Also, why do project managers always start a conversation with "I've been doing 14 hour days", does size matter? What are their issues around the exchange and use value of their labour?

Thanks Stewart
Regards
Daniel
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6448048397545596969.post-87976270785690524942012-09-27T21:25:01.368-07:002012-09-27T21:25:01.368-07:00And yet some organisations expect their staff to w...And yet some organisations expect their staff to work 24/7 and still be efficient and effective and parliamentarians play games of running "debates" into the wee small hours of the moening - and we wonder why so much of what we get from our "leaders" is sub standard!

Good post, Stewart.Douglas Longhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02257810266712169838noreply@blogger.com
